GROUP MENTORING

A SAFE PLACE WHERE KIDS ARE KNOWN AND LOVED

K-5 Students

Group Mentoring is where kids come after school each week to discover hope, confidence, and purpose through a mix of fun, faith-filled, and growth-centered activities with trusted, intentional mentors.

Our trusted team of staff and mentors dedicate each day to helping kids build lasting relationships, develop essential life skills, and grow in their understanding of who they are in Christ.

What To Expect At Group Mentoring

Every aspect of Group Mentoring is built around seeing kids thrive in mind, body, and spirit.

Fun Games & Activities

Group Mentoring is a place for kids to have fun with friends and fun-loving mentors!

Why: We want to see kids grow in relationships by learning how to make friends, resolve conflict, and trust others.

Study Buddies

Developing reading skills can radically impact a child’s future in the best way! That’s why we spend time helping kids practice reading each day.

Why: Our goal is for kids to grow in confidence in a way that prepares them for life with a bright future.

Faith Focus

We’re committed to seeing kids thrive emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. Mentors lead kids in studies of biblical concepts and activities to help kids realize God loves them and lean into His promises.

Why: We want to see kids find and grow in their identity in Christ.

Skill Spark

Mentors lead Skill Spark classes focused on helping kids develop the life skills associated with Social Emotional Learning.

Why: We want to empower kids with curiosity and the skills they need to thrive.

Intentional Quality Time

Our mentors are committed to showing up, listening, and guiding every child in Group Mentoring.

Why: We want to see kids flourish through safe, intentional relationships.

Healthy Snacks

Part of seeing kids thrive in mind, body, and spirit means ensuring our kids have healthy, nutritious snacks to fuel fun, learning, and growth.

Why: We want to see kids’ bodies empowered with the fuel they need to grow and go.

Program Recap

I am so thankful for y’all and this place. I’m serious; you have no idea how much of a difference you’ve made in Jamie’s life. She’s like a different kid! She has come completely out of her shell; it’s like she’s a totally different kid! She speaks up for herself now and is so confident in herself it’s unbelievable! I’ve got to find a way to keep her here next year. Seriously, you guys have NO IDEA how much you have helped her and changed her life.
